Character Development

Bud from Bud not Buddy

Character developing piece I am doing Bud from Bud, not Buddy.  Bud  is the main character in the story.
In the beginning Bud said “that his eyes forgot how to cry”.  In multiple parts of the book Bud says that his eye forgot how to cry.  He is really tough.  At the beginning Bud gets stung by a lot of bees.  He said that he would crying if his didn’t forget how to cry.  At the end of the story Bud starts to cry he doesn't stop crying.  When he started to cry was when he saw his dad and his dad had no clue who he was.  Bud at the beginning doesn’t show much emotion.  But at the end he shows a lot of emotion.
Another was that he wanted to find his granddad.  Bud got mad at his granddad for not knowing who he was.  His granddad had no clue who he was.  He found out when Bud talked about his mom.  His granddad then knew that Bud was his grandchild.
Bud influences a lot of people in through the book.  He met this guy at a food shelter.  Bud was late so the guy said that he was in his family.  He met this other a boy in the small town east of Grand Rapids.  This boy thinks there is this magic town called Hoovervilles.  Bud helps him find it.  All it was shacks ( the book is placed in the 1930’s in the great depression).  He met this guy in another city that drove him to his house.  He let him take a shower and gave him new clothes.  They also fed him.  He met the same guy at in a different town and he drove him to his granddad’s house.  Those are the people that Bud influenced.
Bud reminds me of another character in a different book.  His name is Jason Fiorelli.  Jason is brave and is nice to people.  Bud is brave and nice to people that respect him.  Bud wants to find his father and Jason want to win the football championship.  Another is that Bud and Jason have to adapt to different thing that they’re us to.  Bud and Jason have similar trait.
Bud changed a lot over the book.  He showed emotion and he found his granddad.  He didn’t like his granddad at first but then he liked him.
