North to Alaska
"We're going to Alaska my grandma" says through the phone. The first reaction was really was really are they really going to take us to the biggest state in the U.S.A. I will be telling you four reasons that I wanted to go to Alaska for years.
First when I heard the news I wasn't the first thing that would she would say. When I heard this I thought that they were just kidding. My grandparents went to Alaska 12 years ago. I envied them since I was 5 years old, but at that time I just got back from another surprise. We went to Hawaii.
Second we can see whales. Whales are my second favorite animal in the world. When I think bigger is better. Whales are the biggest animals in the world. Whale are a big tourist attraction, you can see them from shore or you can go a boat and see the whales. The first time I saw a whale was when I went to Oregon and California. I loved seeing the big whales. I can't wait to see the whale when I go to Alaska.
Third I will be riding on a cruise. I have always wanted to go on a cruise. That was the biggest surprise that I liked. On cruises there is a big pool and superb restaurants. There is even a five star restaurant on the boat. It is a huge boat. I was afraid that I was going to get sea sick, but lucky my parents said that a cruise is usually not rough. I hope that water isn't rough.
Fourth I can be with my family. This is the first time we are all going to be together for about 4 years. The last time was in Arizona for my cousin's graduation. The last trip that we went on with all my family members was when we went to Hawaii. That was fun with us going to two different islands and going in the blue ocean. That is why I wanted to go to Alaska so I can see all my family members.
That is four reasons that I want to go and see Alaska. So I can go on my first cruise, so that I can see whales, and see all my family. When I go to Alaska in July I will have a blast.
