Up in the Skies

Burp, burp, burp I sprung to life when I heard the noise.  I slip out from the warm toasty covers.  There was no time to think, I ran got my suitcase not thinking what time it was.  It turned out to only be 5 o’clock.  I ran back and throw my bags on the floor.  I thought that it was earlier than it really was.    We was waited for this for 2 months.  Now it is here in a flash.

It seemed forever until we got in the car.  We were going to the airport to go to Arizona.  I started to get nerves when we were getting close to the airport.  I have flown before but there was a new thing my brother and I are going by ourselves.  I wasn’t nerves before but now I’m.  I’m happy to see my family.

We finally got to the airport and there was a lot of planes.  It was early but it felt like I was awake for hours.  I got more nerves than before.  We went in the airport and there was a ton of people.  It was like an army of people.  We had to push our way throw the mob of people.  We checked our bags and pushed our way back.  Then `we walked our way to the gate.

Now were at the security it didn’t take long.  So now we had to wait for a long time at the gate number.  I started to get bored sitting at the gate.  It took 2 hours until the airplane came.  I thought it was going to come earlier than it did.  That is why my mom and dad took us that early.  Now I got really nerves because I didn’t want to leave.  I was happy to leave the cold.

Finally we had to say goodbye to my mom and dad.  The plane had to start boarding.  I was sad to leave my parents But on other hand I couldn’t wait to see my grandparents.  We said our last goodbyes and got on the plane.  We left the airport and had a good trip.
